From a scattered mind to a clear next step, then the role you want
You told us three things: you want growth in role and income, your thoughts feel scattered, and you have started many programs without a system that kept you going. This page puts our answer to each of them on one map, with what happens in your first 14 days and how the 12 months are laid out.
1 · What we heard
Your goals, what holds you back, and what you have already tried
This is your own story from the masterclass form and our two calls, written back to you in plain words. Please tell us if anything is wrong.
- Growth in role and in income, with more financial freedom
- A move into a technical product management role, one or two levels up
- Later: something of your own, such as the boutique you have wanted for years
- A sharp brain for the long run, and a world-class brain for your child
- A feeling that you have already decided you will fail
- You start things and leave them (the IBM product manager certification stopped at 20%)
- Overthinking and too much information, so the first step never happens
- No mentor and no one who checks on you daily
- Your work, in a niche platform, does not use all of you
- Several programs over the last few years, mostly joined on a short deadline
- Live sessions and recordings, with the work left to you
- Preparing for an architect certification during our five days, alongside a working week
- Talks with your senior manager about fresh assignments, with little change in 7 to 8 months
"I know the reason: it is me, not putting honest, full effort." Our view: the effort was never the problem. Nothing around you made the effort easy to repeat. That is what we build.
2 · Your starting point
What you bring, and where we begin measuring
Strengths first. The two brain numbers are your answers on the masterclass form. They are a baseline, not a verdict: a single reading says where you start, and we measure again at day 30 and day 90 so that any change is real.
Your strongest asset is rare: nineteen years of delivery across several regulated domains. Product companies buy that domain depth. Many people who carry it have never been shown how to present it.
3 · Why earlier programs did not stick
It was the format, not you
You described the same pattern several times. Here it is side by side with what we do differently.
4 · Your visual solutions map

5 · Your brain skills
The skills we train first, and the ones that follow
We study over 200 cognitive skills. For you, these eight carry the weight, picked from what you told us. The shape below shows where the effort goes and when. It is a plan, not a score: your real levels come from your brain study, and the order is re-ranked every 7 to 10 days.
Start now Weeks 1 to 6
- Focus. Your thoughts feel scattered. Everything else rests on this.
- Planning and time. Work, family and study have to fit in one day.
- Memory. Your starting point is 7 words, and the certification needs retention.
- Speed reading. Your starting point is 175 words per minute, with a long syllabus waiting.
Next Months 2 to 4
- Thinking and decisions. Turns overthinking into a decision you can act on.
- Speaking. Your story, your interviews, "tell me about yourself".
- Stress control. You named stress as a pain, and interviews raise it.
Later Months 4 to 8
- Negotiation. Practised before an offer arrives.
Two numbers we already have, re-measured twice
The dashed boxes stay empty until they are measured. We do not fill in a target before we know your pattern.
6 · Your goals
The staircase: four goals, each powered by named skills
Each step is a goal you gave us. The grid under the staircase shows which brain skills carry which goal, so every hour of training has a reason.
Finish the IBM certification
From about 20% to done, with a system built around your material.
A role one level up

7 · Your 12 months
Two tracks that run together: your brain, and your career
The brain work comes first and keeps going, so the career work lands on a mind that is ready for it. This plan is a proposal. We re-shape it after your brain study.
Understand your brain
Brain tests and short tasks. Research on our side. Your first call with us explains what we found.
Systems go live
Daily loop starts. Certification system delivered. CV and LinkedIn drafted and approved.
Build proof
Certification progress, speaking practice, recorded interview rehearsals, first practice companies.
Go for the role
Applications one level up, then two. We track what gets calls and adjust. Negotiation practice.
Settle and extend
Land and negotiate. Then design the boutique idea in small, safe steps.
8 · Your first 14 days
Your part is one or two hours. Our part is seven to ten days.
The start is deliberately light. You should feel sharper in the first week, before any of the heavy career work begins.
You start
You get access. We ask for your current CV, your LinkedIn and your certification material.
Brain tests
The brain assessments and short tasks. Nothing to prepare for.
We analyse
Your results, your behaviour patterns, your role and domain. Experts review in the background.
Your first call
One to one with Rajneesh. We explain your brain, the plan built for it and the first priorities.
CV and LinkedIn
Drafts arrive within one to two days of your material. You approve and publish.
Daily loop begins
Your first small daily action. We check in and adjust.
Certification system
We start building it around your material. It takes us about a week.
Checkpoint
What worked, what did not, and the list is re-ranked for the next stretch.
9 · Your career track
From technical lead to the next level, one step at a time
You asked about technical product management and about OpenEdge itself. We will research both, with your three domains as the common thread. We will not rush you into a role you are not ready to interview for.
Technical lead, OpenEdge
19 years, multiple regulated domains
Where we aim first
Senior role where your domain and delivery depth is the main value. We confirm the exact role after the research.
Where we then reach
Technical product management, or domain-expert roles at platform and product companies.
IBM product manager certification: where you are
We will set your weekly targets once we have your material and your first-week results, so that they fit you and not a general schedule.
10 · The daily loop
The part that was missing from every program before
Motivation follows progress, not the other way round. This loop makes small progress happen every day, and makes a missed day cheap.
Act. One small, clear action for the day, from your ranked list. It is sized to your day, not to an ideal day.
Report. A short message to us on what you did. That is the "ping me on WhatsApp" that makes a day count.
Review. A person reads it. If a day was missed, we ask what got in the way. There is no blame in it.
Adjust. We make the next step easier or change the approach. Every 7 to 10 days the whole list is re-ranked.
11 · Your plan
Which program fits you, and why
We have two programs, and they are different tracks. We do not upsell from one to the other. Here is how they differ, based on what we explained on our call.
- Your goal is a role change at a senior level. That needs your career, your speaking and your certification worked on together, which the standard program is not built for.
- You told us the problem is follow-through. The Ultimate track has the most contact, so there is more checking and adjusting.
- You are a multi-domain professional with a niche background. That needs custom research, which is part of Ultimate.
What we will not promise
- We do not promise a particular job, role or salary. We promise the work, the checking and the preparation.
- Hands-on experience is still needed. We help you prepare for practical questions and present what you have, we do not replace it.
- The daily work is yours. We make it lighter and make it count, but we cannot do it for you.
- We work with people who want to grow, and you choose us as much as we choose you.
- EMI from 3 to 24 months through our partner banks. The limit on your card decides the options.
- Two or more cards can be combined, or savings plus a card. Tell us the split and we create the link.
- You can start with a smaller first payment and complete the rest within an agreed time, so you begin at the start of a cycle and keep the momentum from your five days.
12 · Your questions
The questions you asked us, answered
I have no hands-on experience in a product role. Can this still work?
It can work, with honest limits. You need hands-on experience eventually, and we will not claim otherwise. What we do is prepare you for the practical questions in advance, help you present your delivery work in product terms, and give you safe practice at companies where a rejection costs nothing, before you go for the roles you care about most.
I overanalyse. How does this help?
Overthinking usually means too many options and no one deciding. We do the analysis and the ranking for you, so you receive one short list and one next step. You only take action. The list is checked and re-ranked every 7 to 10 days.
What happens in the first two weeks, and how much of my time does it take?
One or two hours of brain tests and short tasks. In that time we spend seven to ten days analysing your brain, your behaviour and your role. Around day 5 to 7 you have a one-to-one call with Rajneesh where we explain what we found and the plan built from it.
Will you really write my CV and LinkedIn?
Yes. You tell us your goal and share your current CV and LinkedIn. We prepare the new versions, a domain expert reviews them and you approve and copy them in. Drafts usually come within one or two days of receiving your material.
My credit card limit is low. What are my options?
Most banks let you raise the limit in net banking within minutes, and many people lower it again afterwards. You can also use two or three cards, or savings plus a card, and tell us the split. If it is easier, you can make a smaller first payment and complete the rest in an agreed time.
I stay in Bangalore. Is that a problem?
No. We plan your search around Bangalore.
Why start now and not later?
You have just spent five days in momentum, and that is when a start is easiest. Joining in the middle of a cycle is harder, so we recommend beginning at the start of one. If paying in full takes a few days, a smaller first payment lets you begin on time.
13 · Next step
Three things, in this order
Take your time. When you are ready, this is all that is needed to begin.
Tell us how you want to pay: in full, in two parts, or a smaller first payment with EMI.
Send your current CV, your LinkedIn link and your certification material.
Take your brain tests. Your first call with us follows within the week.
